Anesthesia
Services:
If you were given a general anesthetic, block, or had
sedation with anesthesia personnel in attendance, you will be receiving
a bill for their professional services.
Laboratory:
If your physician requested blood work, you will
receive a statement from the providing facility.
X-ray Studies:
If you have x-rays taken for your procedure, you will
receive a statement from the facility in which you had the x-ray.
If it was done at the hospital, you may also receive a charge from the
radiologist who interprets the film.
Pathology:
If your doctor sends tissue away for analysis, you
will receive two additional bills - one from the hospital that prepares
the slides and one from the doctor who reads them. The hospital
